Paralegal (Litigation)

About the role

This position provides paralegal support to multiple attorneys in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group simultaneously. The role serves as a central resource for the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, ensuring that client matters are handled with precision and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Document drafting and research
• Complex calendar management and filings
• Ensuring client matters are handled with precision and confidentiality
• Providing support to multiple attorneys in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent organization, research, writing, problem-solving and time management skills
• Experience in legal settings preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a legal setting
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

Skills

The following skills are desirable:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with legal research databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
