Requirements

This position prefers prior experience with judgment collections foreclosure or bankruptcy proceedings, including liens, court dockets, preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and affidavits, as well as familiarity with real estate documents, such as title work and deeds.

Responsibilities

• Answering correspondence and phone calls
• Format, revise, and finalize correspondence
• Practice management software data entry
• Help with the preparation of documents
• Assist with team projects
• File pleadings, motions, and affidavits based on deadlines
