Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Missoula, Montana. This position will work on existing client files and help establish a strong local presence in the region. It includes additional responsibilities associated with running a law office and serving as the main point of contact for the corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Obtain, review, and analyze medical, financial, tax, employment records, or any other relevant documents
- Prepare medical record summaries
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
- Bill time accurately
- Anticipate attorney’s needs, identify problems, and find solutions
- Work with limited supervision, independently or as part of a team
- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with a wide variety of people
- Exercise a high degree of tact, discretion, and sound judgment
- Organize and prioritize a high-volume workload to meet time-critical deadlines
- Lift up to 25 lbs. when necessary
Requirements
- Civil litigation experience with a defense firm, preferred
- Montana civil litigation experience, preferred
- Well-developed writing and research skills
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional, personable demeanor
- High level of integrity and personal accountability
- Flexibility to work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- ABA Paralegal Certificate, preferred
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, preferred

Schedule
Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home after successfully completing training.
Pay
$55,000 to $93,400 annually.
