We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Position Type: Full Time - Non-exempt Hybrid Flexible (work in the office for 1 - 3 days, as needed, on a flexible schedule.) - Location: Los Angeles - Residency Requirements: Washington D.C. (but location is Los Angeles, so maybe not relevant). Actually they have separate sections for DC and LA/SF. Since location is Los Angeles, we need to include residency requirement for Los Angeles and San Francisco offices: residency within the state of California and within a reasonable commutable distance to the assigned office is required depending on the firm's discretion and the nature of the role. - Salary Range: $41.38/hour - $60.05/hour ($80,691.00 - $117,100.00 annually) with disclaimer. - Then a paragraph about stepping into spotlight etc. - Job Functions & Responsibilities: list of duties. - Tools: list. - Minimum Job Qualifications: list. - Why Choose Munger Tolles? (some marketing fluff) maybe we can include as About the role? Actually "Why Choose Munger Tolles?" is more about firm. Could be considered "About the firm" but not required. We can include as a section maybe "About the firm" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. - About Munger, Tolles & Olson: firm description. - Then EEO etc to remove. - Also note about unsolicited resumes etc to remove. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: could include the introductory paragraph about stepping into spotlight, maybe also the firm description? But "About the role" likely describes the role itself. We'll put the introductory paragraph there. - Responsibilities: the Job Functions & Responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe the residency requirements? Or "Minimum Job Qualifications" could be Requirements or Qualifications. We have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. We can put residency requirements under Requirements, and qualifications under Qualifications. - Skills: could include Tools and maybe communication skills etc. - Benefits: we have statement "We offer competitive pay, benefits and an opportunity to make an impact". No specific benefits listed. So we should NOT create Benefits section because no specific content. - Pay: we have salary range, so include Pay section. - Schedule: we have Hybrid Flexible (work in the office for 1 - 3 days, as needed, on a flexible schedule.) Also Position Type: Full Time. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive info: include location, position type, residency requirement, salary range, responsibilities, tools, qualifications, etc. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, unsolicited resumes, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like repeated mention of clerkship stats etc). The "Why Choose Munger Tolles?" and "About Munger, Tolles & Olson" contain some marketing fluff but may be considered substantive? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include some of that under About the role or maybe omit if it's just marketing. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; does marketing fluff count as substantive? It's about the firm, not the role. Might be considered not essential but still info. However we can decide to include a short paragraph under About the role summarizing the firm's prestige? But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We could include the "Why Choose Munger Tolles?" and "About Munger, Tolles & Olson" as part of About the role section, but that might be too much. However we need to preserve all substantive info; if we omit it, we are losing info. But maybe the instruction to remove boilerplate includes marketing fluff? Not explicitly. It says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Marketing fluff is not those. So we should keep it. Thus we could include an "About the role" section that includes the introductory paragraph plus the "Why Choose Munger Tolles?" and "About Munger, Tolles & Olson" paragraphs. But we must avoid duplication: the "Why Choose Munger Tolles?" and "About Munger, Tolles & Olson" have overlapping content about clerkship stats etc. Might be considered duplicated lines. We should deduplicate. Let's extract unique substantive paragraphs: From posting: - "Step into the Spotlight as a Paralegal II in Labor & Employment! Dive into the heart of legal action with our prestigious Firm as a Paralegal II specializing in Labor and Employment (L&E). This is your chance to work alongside some of the sharpest legal minds, supporting a spectrum of litigation matters that make a difference. Join us and become a pillar of support for our Firm’s operations, contributing to a team that values your expertise and dedication. If you are eager to make an impact and grow within a vibrant legal community, we want to hear from you." - "Job Functions & Responsibilities" list. - "Tools" list. - "Minimum Job Qualifications" list. - "Why Choose Munger Tolles?" bullet points: Precedent-Setting Cases, Resourceful Deployment, High-Profile Representation, Our Exceptional Attorneys: Clerkship Experience, Diverse Backgrounds. - "About Munger, Tolles & Olson" paragraph: mentions topped The American Lawyer’s A-List record eleven times, highest average A-List ranking, strive to hire most qualified and creative lawyers, clerkships provide valuable experience, nearly 75% of lawyers and over 80% of litigators served as law clerks to federal or state judges and sixteen attorneys were clerks to U.S. Supreme Court Justices. We recruit and retain best professional talent to support Attorneys with focus on service and excellence. We have a full spectrum of functional positions including IT, InfoSec, Accounting, HR, Legal Support, Marketing. These two sections overlap somewhat (clerkship stats). We can combine and deduplicate. We also have location, position type, schedule, residency requirement, salary. We need to output HTML fragment only. Let's structure:
