About the role
The Role:
- Reviewing credit approvals and Legal Due Diligence (LDD) to prepare consumer demand loan packages for banking clients
- Organizing communications between clients and attorneys regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and information requests
- Drafting Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Financial Statements and Amendments and preparing summaries of entities with active UCC filings according to each state's jurisdiction
- Tracking status of deposit account control agreements
- Performing administrative tasks with supporting staff
Skills for Success
- Very strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Requirements
Required: College Degree, paralegal certificate, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
