Paralegal - Family Law Experience REQUIRED - Remote

We're seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex cases, and takes pride in helping clients navigate some of the most important moments of their lives.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and clients throughout all stages of family law matters, including:
• Divorce and legal separation
• Child custody and parenting time disputes
• Child support matters
• Spousal maintenance/alimony
• Post-decree modifications
• Domestic abuse and Order for Protection matters
• Mediation and settlement preparation
• Litigation and trial preparation

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years' experience in Family Law
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about family law

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
