A bit about us:
We handle highly sensitive and urgent matters such as domestic violence and child abductions. We routinely litigate complex asset division on behalf of clients with million-dollar incomes and multimillion-dollar marital estates. All of our lawyers are accomplished and well-versed in the nuances of California family law, which enables us to readily assign solid teams for our incoming cases.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters, including high-conflict custody cases and complex asset divisions.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Provide effective advocacy both in and out of court, including representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Stay current with developments in family law and related areas.
Requirements
- Strong background in family law.
- Active and good standing membership in the California State Bar.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Commitment to meeting a 1600 - 1700 billable hour requirement annually.
