Remote Senior Family Law Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Support four attorneys in the family law department
• Manage case loads of approximately 30-40 cases per paralegal
• Handle calendaring and e-filing tasks
• Complete necessary forms and draft declarations
• Assist in preparing motions and memoranda of points and authorities

Requirements

• Mandarin fluency is required
• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal within family law
• Experience billing at least 30 hours per week
• Knowledge of family law protocols and procedures
• Ability to work remotely
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working within the Santa Clara courts is preferred
• A paralegal certificate is preferred
• Trial experience is preferred
