Paralegal - Dallas, TX

About the role

Bressler Amery & Ross, P.C., a dynamic and growing national law firm, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Paralegal to join our Dallas, TX office.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze documents.
• Prepare documents for production.
• Prepare Orders of Production and/or Subpoenas to third parties.
• Perform legal research.
• Interact with firm personnel, outside counsel, external vendors, and clients.
• Organize case files and documents.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
• Support other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Litigation experience at a law firm as a paralegal is required.
• Experience with securities litigation is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with internet and Lexis legal research.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of a 4-year college degree or relevant work experience equivalent.
• Self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

A 35-hour work week position, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime as needed.
