What You'll DoManage HOA collections matters from file opening through case resolutionPrepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documentsHandle Colorado court e-filings, calendaring, and case managementCommunicate with clients, courts, management companies, and opposing partiesReview account ledgers, calculate payoff amounts, and process paymentsAssist attorneys with discovery, hearings, trials, and bankruptcy mattersMaintain accurate electronic files and case records while managing multiple deadlinesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firmExperience with debt collections, creditors' rights, or HOA/community association law preferredWorking knowledge of court e-filing and litigation proceduresStrong organizational, drafting, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office; legal case management software is a plusAbility to prioritize competing deadlines in a high-volume practiceWhy This Opportunity?Join a collaborative, established legal team with a strong reputation in community association lawHigh-volume, engaging litigation practice with meaningful client interactionCompetitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), employer contributions, and bonus potential If you're a fit for this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your resume to Director Mala Saraogi at mala.saraogi@roberthalf[dot][com] for immediate consideration! • At least 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably within a law firm environment. • Background in collections, creditors’ rights, debt recovery, or community association legal matters is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with court filing procedures, litigation workflows, and case progression requirements. • Demonstrated ability to prepare legal documents with accuracy and strong attention to detail. • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple active matters at once. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using legal case management platforms. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced practice while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
