We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections present: About the role? Actually we have "Position Overview:" which is like About the role. Also Duties & Responsibilities, Required Skills, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Physical Requirements, Attendance and Scheduling, Work Environment, Benefits? There's a line about benefits but it's just a link to website; no specific benefits listed. According to rules: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Benefits: they mention "Discover the amazing benefits and perks that Redwood Apartment Neighborhoods offers! Visit our website today to learn more..." That's not specific benefits, just a pointer. So we should NOT create Benefits section. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: Attendance and Scheduling includes punctuality, occasional travel less than 5% annually. That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section? The rule says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use Schedule heading if there is specific content. There is "Attendance and Scheduling:" with content about punctuality, occasional travel. That's specific enough. So include Schedule section. Physical Requirements: we have content. So include Physical Requirements heading. Work Environment: we have content. So include Work Environment heading. Qualifications: we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Qualifications section with subparts? The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could have Qualifications section containing both required and preferred as lists. But we also have Skills section (Required Skills). Could combine Skills and Qualifications? Better to separate: Skills, Qualifications, Physical Requirements, Schedule, Work Environment. Also About the role (Position Overview). Responsibilities (Duties & Responsibilities). That seems good. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from each section. Let's extract content: About Redwood (company description) maybe not needed as section? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The company overview could be part of About the role? But we have "Position Overview:" which is about the role. The earlier paragraph about Redwood is company description; could be included in About the role section as prose. However the rule: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid including company overview. We could include it in About the role section. Thus About the role section: combine company overview and Position Overview. Responsibilities: Duties & Responsibilities bullet list. Skills: Required Skills bullet list. Qualifications: combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could separate into Required and Preferred subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings; we could still have

? Not specified. Better to keep as one Qualifications section with two sublists maybe using

to label. But we need to preserve all info. Could do:

    Qualifications

    Required:

      ...

    Preferred:

      ...
That's acceptable. Physical Requirements: bullet list? It's a set of sentences. Could be
    • each requirement. Attendance and Scheduling: content about punctuality, occasional travel less than 5% annually. Could be

. Work Environment: description. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. Also remove the line about "Discover the amazing benefits..." as it's not specific benefits. Also remove the link. Also remove "Redwood Living, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Now craft HTML. Let's draft:
