This role offers hands-on involvement with cases from start to finish and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients.Schedule and Work Environment • 4 days in office, 1 day work from home • Full-time schedule • Paid time off and all official holidays observed • No health insurance providedWhat You Will Do • Manage personal injury and workers' compensation case files • Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence • Coordinate medical records, liens, and case documentation • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters • Prepare files for mediation, hearings, and trial • Track deadlines and maintain organized case management systemsWhat We Are Looking For • 2+ years of paralegal experience required • Experience in personal injury or workers' compensation strongly preferred • Excellent writing and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines • Stable work history required • Willing to train candidates with steady work history and legal background experience
