About the role
HB Staffing is seeking a Paralegal to join a growing and dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Assist with discovery requests and responses.
- Support attorneys with hearing and trial preparation.
- Assist with Public Records Act requests.
Requirements
- 1 year of law-related experience under the supervision of a California attorney, along with the required attorney declaration.
- eDiscovery experience required.
Qualifications
- Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
- Certificate or degree from an accredited post-secondary institution that includes at least 24 semester units (36 quarter units) of law-related coursework.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher).
