About the role

HB Staffing is seeking a Paralegal to join a growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Assist with discovery requests and responses.
• Support attorneys with hearing and trial preparation.
• Assist with Public Records Act requests.

Requirements

• 1 year of law-related experience under the supervision of a California attorney, along with the required attorney declaration.
• eDiscovery experience required.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
• Certificate or degree from an accredited post-secondary institution that includes at least 24 semester units (36 quarter units) of law-related coursework.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher).
