About the role

The position is available in the Rapid City, SD office, with the option to work remotely 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Supports attorneys in civil litigation matters
  • Organizes and maintains legal documents and files
  • Coordinates with clients and opposing counsel
  • Prepares legal documents and correspondence
  • Manages calendars and schedules meetings
  • Ensures compliance with firm policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience
  • Paralegal certificate and/or degree preferred
  • Excellent computer and document organization skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, iManage, iTimekeep, and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Pays close attention to detail and can multitask effectively
  • Prioritizes work for multiple attorneys

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
