Responsibilities

• Drafting of pleadings, file memoranda, and case correspondence
• Direct contact and communication with clients and third parties
• Analysis of statutory requirements and responsibility for fulfilling case milestones

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutes
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal
• Tech-savvy proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and electronic case management systems
