About the role
Clark Personnel is seeking a Paralegal to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in litigation, insurance, wrongful death, and construction/condo law matters.
- Draft, organize, and prepare legal documents and case files.
- Conduct legal research related to Alabama and Florida law.
- Manage case deadlines, filings, and legal correspondence.
- Assist with discovery and trial preparation activities.
- Maintain accurate, organized case documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and external parties.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in Alabama and Florida law; litigation, insurance, wrongful death, and construction/condo law are strongly preferred.

Pay
$25/hour
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
