Palletize Boxes Labor - B Shift (Goodlettsville)

About the role
Applicants will be considered for any open entry-level non-skilled palletizer positions.
Schedule
B Shift: Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays, 3 PM until 12 AM or until production is finished.
Pay
$21.85/hour (plus $1.00 shift differential for B Shift).
Responsibilities
- Retrieve boxed products from conveyors and place them on the appropriate pallets.
- Visually inspect products for quality, including label placement, label accuracy, package integrity, and cleanliness.
- Stack boxes on pallets according to established palletizing specifications.
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
- Report any product quality, equipment, or safety concerns to management.
- Arrive prepared for work and comply with all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and department dress requirements.
Physical Requirements
The successful candidate must be able and willing to:
- Use both hands to grasp, handle, and move products throughout the work shift.
- Walk between conveyor lines and pallet locations as required.
- Reach approximately 18 to 28 inches to pick up and place boxes.
- Lift, carry, and stack boxes weighing approximately 9 to 50 pounds, depending on product specifications.
- Stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time.
- Push, pull, and exert force ranging from light to heavy, depending on product weight and job responsibilities.
- Use both hands simultaneously while performing essential job functions.
- Work in refrigerated conditions with temperatures generally ranging from 36°F to 42°F.
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the work shift.
- Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by production needs.
