Schedule

  • Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays
  • A Shift: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (depending on department)
  • B Shift: 2:30 PM – until finished

Pay

Starting pay: $21.10 per hour (plus $1.00 shift differential for B Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Work with knives as required while wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Dress appropriately before arriving at the workstation

Work Environment

  • Production-line environment
  • Cold-temperature work areas (36°F–42°F)
  • Exposure to food-processing equipment and moving conveyors
  • Required use of PPE and safety equipment

Physical Requirements

  • Able and willing to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 36°F to 42°F
  • Able and willing to stand and/or walk for 8–12 hours per shift on a production line
  • Able and willing to use a pinch grip to pick products from a conveyor, place products into trays, and return products to the conveyor
  • Able and willing to reach approximately 10–25 inches to remove products from conveyors, arrange products according to specifications, and place trayed products onto designated conveyors
  • Able and willing to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
  • Able and willing to stand for extended periods on concrete, grating, or fiberglass ergonomic platforms
  • Able and willing to apply light force while performing assigned tasks
  • Able and willing to use both hands simultaneously to perform job functions
  • Able and willing to perform repetitive hand, arm, and upper-body movements throughout the work shift
  • Able and willing to work overtime and weekends, as required
  • Able and willing to work with knives, as required, while wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
