About the role

Applicants will be considered for any open entry-level non-skilled palletizer positions.

Schedule

• A Shift: Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays - 6:30 AM until finished
• B Shift: Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays - 3:00 PM until 12:00 AM or until production finished

Pay

$21.85/hour (plus $1.00 shift differential for B Shift).

Responsibilities

• Retrieve boxed products from conveyors and place them on the appropriate pallets.
• Visually inspect products for quality, including label placement, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Stack boxes on pallets according to established specifications.
• Dress appropriately before arriving at the workstation.

Requirements

• Able and willing to use both hands to grasp and handle boxes throughout the work shift.
• Able and willing to walk between conveyors and pallet locations.
• Able and willing to reach approximately 18–28 inches to pick up and place boxes.
• Able and willing to lift boxes weighing between 9 and 50 pounds, depending on the product.
• Able and willing to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
• Able and willing to exert force ranging from light to heavy, depending on box weight.
• Able and willing to use both hands simultaneously while performing job functions.
• Able and willing to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 36°F to 42°F.
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
