About the role
Lead Painting Projects in Colorado's High Country
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple painting jobsites, including people, materials, schedules, safety, and quality
- Plan daily operations with Crew Foremen and help keep safety at the forefront
- Manage ordering, inventory, equipment logistics, and jobsite needs
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, general contractors, property managers, crews, and internal team members
- Track labor hours, job changes, production progress, and cost controls
- Mentor, support, and develop crew members and foremen
- Complete punch lists and help ensure high-quality final results
- Contribute to improving systems and processes as the company continues to grow
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of painting experience preferred, in residential or commercial environments
- Construction or property management background also welcome
- 2+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects preferred
- Strong multitasking, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Clear communication and practical problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through
- English fluency required; Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology; training will be provided on company tools
- Self-starter who can succeed in a fast-paced, seasonal work environment
