About the role
Responsible for leading a team of painters in completing various painting projects efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily painting tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Train and motivate team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during painting operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in painting and construction management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management software.
