Crew Lead - Enhancement

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2-5 team members on job sites
• Perform and oversee installation of irrigation systems, zero scape, retaining walls, etc.
• Operate trucks, drive trucks with trailers, operate other heavy machinery (skids, steer, trencher, etc.), and operate other handheld landscaping tools
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding
• Assist with snow removal during winter season

What You Bring

• 2+ years of landscaping installation and construction
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
