About the role
Northern Lights Painting Company is seeking experienced painters and crew leaders for full-time positions in Boston, Brookline, Newton, Weston, and occasionally on the North Shore and Cape.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-end residential painting projects with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and basic painting tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to speak and understand basic English (fluency required for supervisors).
- Prior professional painting company experience.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test (excluding marijuana).
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliable transportation.
- Basic painting tools and knowledge.

- Professional painting experience.
