About the role
Join a Crew That Builds Big Things! Location: Illinois Region (required to report to the job site as scheduled)
Responsibilities
- Support painting/coatings crews on commercial & industrial job sites
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Learn hands-on skills from experienced team members
- Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
- Improve production, quality, and technical skills through ongoing training
- Take direction well and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- At least 6 months commercial/industrial painting or coatings experience
- Familiarity with job site tools, equipment, and materials
- Reliable crew member with strong attendance
- Valid Driver’s License + clean MVR
- Reliable transportation (job sites vary)
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

Safety Matters
- Follow all safety procedures
- Wear proper PPE
- Not be afraid of heights due to boom lifts (training required)
- Report hazards or incidents immediately
- Participate in safety training and development
- Help maintain an injury-free workplace
Physical Requirements
- Lift 15–50 lbs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder climbing
- Use power tools and other equipment as needed
Working Conditions
- This position requires working indoors and outdoors at various job sites.
- Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks safely in changing environmental conditions.
