Painter's Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in sanding and scuffing vehicle surfaces to prepare for painting
• Tape up panels and areas to ensure clean and precise refinishes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and proper techniques during all tasks
• Help with other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient workflow

Skills And Qualifications

• Prior experience in auto body work or painting is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform sanding, scuffing, and taping tasks accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
