Responsibilities
- Prime and final paint detail parts and final assemblies to current specification requirements
- Maintain paint equipment, mix paint, and ensure paint control
- Follow standard operating procedures and specifications
- Mix paint to specified viscosity
- Clean, assemble, and adjust spray guns and equipment
- Wash, wipe, and sand parts as necessary
- Mask and prep parts for paint as required
- Cure parts after topcoat application
- Operate chart recorders
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience spraying with paint guns
- Experience applying coatings to metal in paint booths
- Experience with prepping (taping, applying plastic covers, filling holes, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to operate a curing oven and chart recorders
- Ability to interpret blueprints

Pay
The salary range for this role is $38,841 – $72,849. The range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Factors considered include role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
