Responsibilities Buy paint, brushes, and other suppliesPrepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching holesApply paint, varnish, and other finishes to property interiors and exteriors using brushes, rollers, or sprayersMatch and mix paint colors to achieve desired shades and huesEnsure work areas are covered and protected to prevent damage during paintingConduct post-painting clean-up and organization of materials and toolsCollaborate with clients or the management team to understand specific painting requirementsManage painting supplies inventory and order materials as neededAdhere to safety protocols while handling painting equipment and materialsProvide timely completion of painting projects while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years' experience in professional painting for residential or commercial spacesValid driver's license and access to a vehicle capable of transporting painting suppliesSkilled in various painting techniques and familiar with different types of paint and finishesStrong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanshipEffective communication skills for client interactions and team collaborationAbility to work independently or in a team and manage painting projects efficientlyFamiliarity with safety practices related to painting and working at heightsMust own an iPhone for job-related communicationsPhysical stamina and dexterity for handling extensive painting tasks
