Paint Project Lead

About the role

Top Notch is looking for a Paint Project Lead to join their team. This position requires a self-motivated individual who wants to help build a vibrant painting/staining branch and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation - following up on leads and communicating with potential clients
• Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough scope of the project
• Making measurements on location to create a bid proposal
• Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product
• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates
• Creating labor estimates for any project
• Purchasing materials
• Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors
• Presenting prepared estimates to clients
• Compiling and delivering job records to office (receipts, change orders, checks, etc)
• Supporting crew lead with a thorough overview of each new bid
• Consistent checks on ongoing jobs at site to ensure job is completed to bid specifications
• Invoicing and billing of client as needed
• Using bid versus actual cost data to prepare detailed job analysis

Requirements

• 5 Years Painting Experience
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Ability to read blue prints (preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Basic Computer Skills
• Climb ladders & work from heights
• Work onsite or in office
• Resume & references
• Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Excel (preferred)
