About the role
Responsible for overseeing the painting of lead-based materials in residential and commercial buildings. Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings for lead-based paint hazards
- Develop and implement safe work practices
- Coordinate with contractors and regulatory agencies
- Document all activities and inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in lead abatement
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Knowledge of lead-based paint hazards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Skills
- Lead abatement certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
