Paint Production Servicer - 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the production assembly line pace by providing necessary support, including: handing and unhanging parts on the paint line, utilizing scrapers, brushes, hand tools, and pressure sprayers, operating a hoist or overhead crane, and other equipment as necessary for assigned task.
• Component/surface preparation (i.e. scuff sanding, minor defect reparation, tacking, wiping, etc.) for paint process.
• Blast products to prepare for paint.
• Set up, adjust, and operate manual/automatic blast booths.
• Adapt to new methods, processes, materials and equipment.
• Perform tasks as required to move parts, attach and remove parts to and from conveyor components as instructed.
• Match parts to part numbers, keep counts and correct identification.
• Data recording; computer entry.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Operation of equipment as necessary for assigned task.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with company practice.
• Follow all safety and quality requirements/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• HS Diploma/GED

Pay Transparency

The starting hourly rate is $24.85 per hour + $2.50 shift differential.
