Paint Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Position Summary

As the Production Supervisor – Paint, you will lead and supervise paint line production teams, ensuring efficient execution of production schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels of supplies and raw materials. You will enforce compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures while driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the paint operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality standards, optimizing equipment performance, and supporting cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (required); minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience; prior leadership or supervisory experience required; strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and improvement opportunities; solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is a plus
