Coordinator - Paint, 3rd Shift

About the role

Dover Food Retail (DFR) is a leading manufacturer of Display Cases, Specialty Products, Refrigeration Systems, Power Systems and Comprehensive Services. We are looking for a Coordinator to play a key role within our Paint department. This position works closely with internal departments to ensure painted parts are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensures parts are staged according to production schedule.
• Communicates priorities to the loader and unloaders and hook repairs to the line lead
• Confirms that shortages, service parts, and ends are being hung with appropriate colors
• Makes sure that parts are being inspected and that issues are being communicated to line lead
• Trains new operators and fills in for operators when needed
• Certifies all parts are scanned up and down
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Qualifications

To be a great fit for the role, you should have a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer to ensure a premium experience, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of Hillphoenix products and parts. Experience with AS400 is a plus, and experience with Salesforce or other Ticketing System is also desirable.
