Paint Prep / Production Float

About the role

Shift begins at 7am Monday through Friday. This is a temporary part-time position based at 1219 N Mission St, Mount Pleasant, MI 48858. This role may lead to permanent full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down and prepare steel parts for painting
• Help with general shop duties as needed
• Possibility of performing light facility maintenance and lawn care

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Willing to learn a variety of tasks and assist wherever needed

Skills

• Manufacturing or shop experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person

Pay

From $14.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00am start.
