*Paint Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift (Starting $20+/hour)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve system faults and make repairs as needed
- Light duty preventive maintenance responsibilities
- General equipment inspection and preventative maintenance
- Replace filters
- Calibrate meters and probes
- Drain and fill processing tanks
- Monitor waste-water discharge
- Move incoming drums and totes of chemicals to the designated storage areas
- Keep the system clean and organized
Key Skills And Competencies
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to read equipment repair manuals and other work instructions
Education And Experience Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn
Working Conditions/Other Work Hours/Status
- 1st shift: Monday - Thursday 5am – 3pm, Friday overtime as needed
- 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am, Friday overtime as needed
- Weekend shift: Friday – Sunday 6am-6pm, total of 36 hours, added weekend shift differential of $4.50/hr
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
- Must be able to work at heights up to 15 feet from the ground
- Must be able to work in areas considered confined spaces while wearing safety equipment
