Pain Management Nurse - Faulkner
About the Role
You will work with Harvard-trained and board-certified specialists in pain management and anesthesiology to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and accurately document nursing care for patients receiving treatment for acute and/or chronic pain. This role involves providing longitudinal care in the Pain Management Center at the Faulkner Campus, working in a busy procedural setting, and collaborating to ensure excellent patient and family care in the safest environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide care for initial, follow-up, and procedure patients, including fluoroscopy, management of intrathecal therapy, and responding to patient requests/inquiries.
- Triage urgent calls, manage patient messages, and set priorities based on acuity.
- Organize care and adjust provider schedules to accommodate urgent needs while maintaining clinic flow.
- Demonstrate observational skills, set priorities, and adhere to I.C.A.R.E. standards.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
- 3-5 years of Med/Surg with Telemetry experience required.
- BSN required; Pain Management Certification preferred.
- Procedural/Pain Management experience preferred.

Pay
Hourly pay range: $41.36 - $100.00. Base pay is determined by skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other essential factors. Additional compensation may include differentials, premiums, bonuses, and recognition programs.
Schedule
Full-time: 36 hours per week, rotating shifts. Onsite role located at 1153 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain.
