Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Perform comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and spiritual assessments.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to pain management.
- Provide education to patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care and coordinate referrals and follow-up services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient progress effectively.
- Adhere to safety standards, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Support team workflow, serve as a resource, and demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Current RN license or temporary permit.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
