About the Role
Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care settings.
Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors. Engages in professional development and continuous improvement efforts.
Maintains safety awareness as this is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Valid RN license.
- No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
