Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion marketing.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives and performance goals.
- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple accounts.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and paid social media best practices.
Qualifications
- Required: 23 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns.
- Required: Proven experience with lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
- Required: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make optimization recommendations.
- Required: Experience creating weekly and monthly client-facing reports.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Preferred: Familiarity with additional paid social advertising platforms, including: LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads.
