Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paid Search & Shoppable Media Manager to provide paternity leave coverage. This is a highly client-facing role requiring someone who can take ownership, proactively drive initiatives, ask the right strategic questions, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Paid Search and Shoppable Media campaigns across multiple European markets for a global brand.
- Serve as a day-to-day strategic partner, driving projects forward and ensuring timely execution across internal and client teams.
- Oversee campaign performance, optimization, and reporting using Google Ads, Performance Max, Shopping campaigns, and SA360.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Excel to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal specialists while maintaining ownership of client communications and campaign strategy.
- Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and budget management for large-scale advertising programs.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 6-7 years of hands-on Paid Search and Shoppable Media experience.
- Deep expertise with:
- Google Ads
- Performance Max (PMAX)
- Google Shopping
- Search Ads 360 (SA360)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable remaining hands-on with campaign setup, optimization, and day-to-day management.
- Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone and available to begin work early (approximately 7:00-8:00 AM EST) to align with UK business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing global or international campaigns.
- Familiarity with Feedonomics or product feed management.
- Experience with Apple Search Ads.
- Experience running Google Demand Gen and Mobile App campaigns.
- Previous agency experience, ideally 2-4 years.
- Experience managing large enterprise clients with six- or seven-figure media budgets.
