Contributions Weight %

• Support campaign builds, QA, and ongoing optimizations across TM+ and coupon-focused accounts (20%)
• Partner with internal teams (Partnerships) to improve campaign performance (20%)
• Help maintain reporting dashboards and contribute to weekly/monthly performance summaries (20%)
• Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and impression share (20%)
• Ensure campaigns align with advertiser guidelines and compliance requirements (20%)

Education

• The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience. Experience 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid search, or a related field (internships count!)
• Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications And Abilities: Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel/Google SheetsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyInterest in performance marketing, online commerce, and/or affiliate/coupon spaceAbility to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Nice To Have (But Not Required): Exposure to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or SA360Experience working with large datasets or reporting toolsKnowledge of affiliate marketing or coupon/trademark paid search strategies

Pay

Pay Range
Salary: California: $70,304.00 - $72,000.00
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
