The Role
You will support the execution of complex financial transactions by managing operational processes, coordinating documentation, and ensuring the timely delivery of securities and related services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational processes for financial transactions
- Cook up and structure deals under the guidance of a tenured team
- Coordinate documentation for various financial transactions
- Ensure timely delivery of securities and related services to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a financial or business management discipline
- Some work experience within a professional office setting
- Strong work ethic, motivated, and a team-first attitude
- Passionate about getting into a financial banking career path
Qualifications
- Living in the Boston Area
- On-site at least 2-3 days a week
