For our client, we are seeking a Paid Search Director (B2B) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape and elevate paid search strategy for B2B clients, with a strong focus on measurable growth and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to build scalable campaign structures, optimize channel performance, and translate data into clear strategic direction. Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, guiding paid search strategies for B2B engagements
• Drive campaign architecture and optimization to ensure measurable business impact
• Manage accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Lead planning and performance optimization initiatives aligned with client growth goals
• Translate performance trends into executive-level recommendations for stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B paid search, either agency or client-side
• 2+ years of experience managing staff with a focus on team development
• Expertise in managing complex performance marketing for industries like SaaS or fintech
• Deep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including automation and audience targeting
• Analytical skills to leverage data and analytics tools for strategic decision-making
