Responsibilities
- Own client relationships and align strategies to achieve growth goals
- Proactively resolve client issues and maintain transparent communication
- Lead onboarding and transition processes to ensure client satisfaction
- Orchestrate automation strategies for efficiency improvement
- Integrate detailed insights into campaign planning and execution
- Establish data quality control measures for accurate reporting
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team with clear objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Paid Search/Shopping with proven results at scale (>$1M monthly)
- 5+ years managing B2B client relationships and campaigns
- 3+ years in direct people management, including senior staff
- Expertise in Google/Microsoft Ads and competitive tools
- Cross-channel literacy connecting Paid Search with other digital marketing channels
- Strong analytics and measurement skills with GA4 and experiment design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives
