We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (but note the page already shows job title, we shouldn't repeat job title as heading). The posting includes "About The Role" and "Responsibilities", "About You", "Benefits", "Salary Range". Also note "Note: This is considered a remote role..." is part of About The Role maybe. Also there is "This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy." That's schedule info? It's about remote vs office. Should we include Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting mentions remote role and RTO policy. That's schedule info. Could be considered Schedule. But we need to decide if we create a Schedule section. The content: "Note: This is considered a remote role, and you can expect to work with clients and other team members located across the US and/or internationally." Also later: "This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time."
That's schedule/location info. Could be placed under a Schedule section. However the rule says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could embed schedule info within About the role paragraph. But we need to follow instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, About You (maybe Qualifications/Skills), Benefits, Pay (salary range). Schedule maybe not needed if we embed. But we have explicit schedule info; could create Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like fraud warnings, application instructions, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details about role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, salary range, schedule/remote info.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep specifics.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract content.
First, remove boilerplate: The initial paragraph about payment fraud etc. Remove. Also "While Monks may contact potential candidates via LinkedIn, all applications must be submitted through our official website (monks.com/careers)." Remove.
Now content:

Schedule (maybe)
Note: This is considered a remote role, and you can expect to work with clients and other team members located across the US and/or internationally. This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
We need to ensure we don't repeat content. The remote note appears also in About The Role; we could keep it there and not duplicate in Schedule. But we have schedule info also includes RTO policy. Could embed schedule info in About the role or create Schedule section with that info. Since we already have remote note in About the role, we could move the RTO policy to Schedule section. But the remote note is also schedule-related. Might be better to have Schedule section containing both remote note and RTO policy. Then About the role can omit the remote note? But we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep it in either place but not duplicate. Let's keep remote note and RTO policy in Schedule section, and remove from About the role to avoid duplication. However the About the role paragraph currently includes the remote note sentence. We can edit that sentence out? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Removing that sentence would lose info. But we can keep it in Schedule section and also keep it in About the role? That would be duplication. Duplication is to be removed: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Duplicated lines should be removed. So we should not duplicate the same sentence. So we need to decide where to place it. Probably better to keep it in Schedule section, as it's schedule/location info. Then About the role can omit that sentence. But we must ensure we still preserve the info somewhere. So we will move that sentence to Schedule section.
Thus About the role paragraph will be everything except the remote note sentence. Let's extract About the role without that sentence.
Original About The Role paragraph:
"The Media Operations team is focused on hands-on-keyboard activation of digital channels - inclusive of tagging, trafficking, buying, & more - and how & where to use the right digital platforms, and use them well, to achieve media and business goals. We ensure consistency, governance, and support around platform usage and activation activities, and aid in all ongoing building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts. As a strategic partner, this role will help advise and lead clients and peers on industry trends and ways to harness different technology solutions to drive long-term value Note: This is considered a remote role, and you can expect to work with clients and other team members located across the US and/or internationally."
We need to remove the "Note: This is considered a remote role, and you can expect to work with clients and other team members located across the US and/or internationally." So final About the role:
"The Media Operations team is focused on hands-on-keyboard activation of digital channels - inclusive of tagging, trafficking, buying, & more - and how & where to use the right digital platforms, and use them well, to achieve media and business goals. We ensure consistency, governance, and support around platform usage and activation activities, and aid in all ongoing building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts. Note there is a missing space before "Note:" originally; after removal we have a period before "As". Actually original: "...drive long-term value Note: This is considered..." There's no space before Note. After removing, we have "...drive long-term value As a strategic partner". Need a space. We'll add a space: "...drive long-term value.
