Paid Search Coordinator

About the Role

As a Paid Search Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our Veterans United Paid Search accounts running smoothly. You'll team up with the Paid Search Manager to make sure we’re bringing in top-quality traffic while keeping costs and efficiency in check.

• Keep a close eye on landing pages, account settings, and best practices for paid search.
• Dig into the data—analyze campaigns, share insights with the right people, and make smart optimizations.
• Keep accounts clean and efficient by reviewing search queries, finding new keyword opportunities, and filtering out the ones we don’t need.
• Spot high-cost areas and make strategic bid and budget tweaks to keep things running efficiently.
• Regularly check in on performance with routine reporting—making sure our campaigns, networks, and accounts are delivering the best results.
• Pitch in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

• Provide top-notch customer service naturally.
• Have a solid grasp of key performance indicators in online advertising.
• Stay on top of industry best practices and are always looking for ways to improve.
• Have advanced skills in Excel (or similar tools) and know how to put them to work.
• Have at least a year of experience working with PPC platforms and related tools.
• Can analyze, interpret, and turn testing data into actionable insights using strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Are comfortable with technology and can navigate basic computer systems with ease.
• Show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.
