As a Search Coordinator at Razorfish, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic search team, collaborating closely with integrated client teams to manage day-to-day search campaigns that drive impactful business outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage in understanding the evolving Paid Search landscape and best practices through continuous learning and internal training programs.
  • Aid in developing and optimizing campaign components—including keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and account structure—utilizing AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the Search Manager/Senior Search Manager in managing budgets to meet performance goals while ensuring diligent account oversight.
  • Cook up daily campaign operations, encompassing trafficking, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Orchestrate teams of AI agents to support daily search campaign operations, enhancing workflow efficiency and ensuring seamless execution of routine tasks.
  • Cultivate relationships with key publisher partners, including Google, Bing, and emerging platforms, focusing on industry trends and innovations.
  • Manage monthly media spend accounting to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Use advanced tools to compile and analyze performance data from multiple sources to generate insightful reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and risks within large datasets, contributing strategic recommendations through detailed analyses.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in the quality assurance process aligned with a RACI framework under the guidance of the Search Strategists and Search Supervisors.
  • Foster a continuous learning mindset, embracing curiosity, taking initiative to explore new strategies and tools, and contributing fresh perspectives to team discussions.

Qualifications

  • Search-related internship or 1-2 years of experience in a relevant industry preferred.
  • A solid educational foundation in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and effective writing.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills, maintaining a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools and search engine marketing platforms is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Aptitude for learning how to utilize advanced technology, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Python or other programming languages, to improve campaign strategies, enhance content generation, and optimize marketing workflows.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to quickly master new technologies, particularly AI-driven tools and analytics platforms.
