Paid Media Specialist
About The Position
Major Goals and Objectives: The Paid Media Specialist manages all Search, Social and Native advertising campaigns to deliver on obligations to clients. Responsibilities include day-to-day campaign trafficking and management, analyzing campaigns for even pacing and optimal performance, managing campaign volume and performance by channel, finding efficiencies in reports and processes, responding to inquiries, managing media budgets, monitoring accruals, and collaborating with advertising partners.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience with digital ad serving systems, focus on paid media distribution. Must have intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. High attention to detail, proven analytical abilities, and positive attitude required. Must enjoy building relationships and working cross-functionally, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Schedule
Hybrid 3x a week - New York (in-office expectation)

The Paid Media team supports People Inc.'s digital ad sales business, leveraging various advertising platforms to generate +$100M annual revenue. The team is lean and highly effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience with digital ad serving systems, focusing on paid media distribution
- Intermediate level of Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven quantitative analytical abilities
- High attention to detail required
- Must enjoy building relationships and working cross-functionally
- Positive attitude and ability to work under tight time restrictions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and shifting priorities
Pay
New York: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00
Actual pay may vary based on various factors including work location, experience, and performance.
