Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google and social media.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve results.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and participate in A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
  • Support retargeting initiatives to engage leads and encourage conversions.
  • Create and share performance reports with key takeaways and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to coordinate keyword strategies and with the broader marketing team to align goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates to improve campaign strategies.

Essential Qualities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business/marketing-related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and/or Google Sheets to organize and analyze data.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and identifying trends to guide decision-making.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys crafting engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
