Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day partner to the Paid Media Manager, managing schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization.
  • Work with the assigned media agency to manage day-to-day project schedules/calendars to track campaign and deliverable milestones.
  • Execute hyper-targeted brand and solution campaigns that align with AI Data Center and Edge AI narratives.
  • Partner with the Paid Media Manager to help articulate the purpose and objectives of each campaign to the agency, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Support the development of the paid media creative brief by gathering and consolidating key inputs and learnings from past campaigns and detailed assets needed to support quarterly media plan.
  • Traffic all creative assets to the agency, ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on time, and meet agency specifications.
  • Ensure UTMs are set up appropriately across all paid media campaigns to support seamless, accurate reporting and attribution.
  • Review weekly performance dashboards to assess the overall health of active campaigns, identifying areas performing above or below benchmark and surfacing actionable insights to the Paid Media Manager and broader team.
  • Conduct regular performance comparisons against previous campaigns and timeframes (Month-over-Month and Week-over-Week) to identify trends, optimizations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BTD and Business Unit teams to ensure campaign objectives are clearly reflected in paid media execution.

Audience Insights & Targeting

  • Leverage deep understanding of target audience behaviors, needs, and pain points to inform media targeting strategies and creative direction.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop hyper-targeted audience segmentation strategies that maximize relevance and campaign performance.
  • Bring audience and competitive insights to cross-functional marketing forums on a regular basis.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring no deliverable or deadline is missed.
  • Brief agency(s) and internal teams (Studio, SEO) and input needed campaign steps into project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
  • Manage the internal approval process to ensure timely launch of each campaign element.

Competitive & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze competitor positioning and paid media content across key segments and bring findings to relevant team scrums and forums on a quarterly basis.
  • Monitor and report on paid media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
