Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and cost efficiency.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, keyword strategy, creative testing, and A/B testing.
- Partner with content, creative, demand generation, SDR, and marketing operations teams to build high-performing campaigns and landing page experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting, including what changed, why it changed, and what actions should be taken next.
- Build and maintain reporting views that connect spend, engagement, conversions, lead quality, pipeline, and ROI.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign analysis, keyword research, audience insights, creative testing, anomaly detection, and budget optimization.
- Partner with marketing operations to improve campaign tracking, attribution, UTM hygiene, dashboarding, and source-of-truth reporting.
- Evaluate and test new channels, audiences, AI-assisted workflows, and advertising formats to drive growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid media campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into clear optimization decisions and business recommendations.
- Comfortable using AI tools for campaign analysis, reporting automation, creative ideation, keyword expansion, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing six-figure media budgets and delivering measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
- Understanding of B2B funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign taxonomy, and pipeline reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing, marketing operations, SDR, and sales teams.
- Experience marketing to enterprise IT or security buyers preferred.
